Jacqueline has been on staff with Campus Crusade for Christ
for 23 years. She is working at The JESUS Film project
office in San Clemente, CA. She works with JESUS
Film Mission Teams as a team leader taking short term teams
into the 10/40 window to reach the unsaved using JESUS Film
products such as DVD's, audio tapes, and videos taken from
the original film.
Jacqueline's emphasis is in Southern Thailand where each
year she leads teams to do pioneer work in a city or region
where Campus Crusade has never been. The initial goal
is to distribute broadly the JESUS Film products in schools,
at universities, in hospitals, and in the market place while
showing The JESUS Film in small surrounding villages in
the evenings. The team also attempts to locate local
churches where folks can be followed up, learn, and grow in
their faith after the team leaves. The spiritual climate
is 96% Buddhist and 3% Muslim. All Muslims in Thailand
live in the five southern most provinces of the country. This
southern region is the greatest unreached area of the country. It
is difficult to find even a small group of local believers
in Southern Thailand, even though there is freedom of religion
in Thailand.
Central Asia is another focus for her trips, at least once
a year Jacqueline leads a team into this very closed land
to teach English as a means to build relationships with nationals
and give opportunity for them to ask religious questions. This
country is 98% Muslim and has experienced two decades of
unremitting war. It is one of the least reached nations
on the globe with severe persecution. Even though it
is very hard going God is working in many hearts. Muslims
from this nation have come to faith in Christ. Consider
joining her on a trip!
